Cole Health in Pearland, TX is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join their dynamic team. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and possess a Texas State license. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay ranging from $13-$54/hour based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to impactful work in pediatric speech therapy, team members are supported with ongoing training, mentorship, and benefits such as medical coverage and paid time off.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders AND Texas license as a speech therapy assistant (see requirements below)
Preferred but NOT Required: Bilingual Spanish & English and 1+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA

Hours to work: Flexible Hours Monday-Friday or could do 4 day work week Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm if preferred.

1. Contractor/1099 rates: $17/30 minute visit ($34/hour) and shift differential 3pm until close Saturday & all day Sunday increases to $27/30 minute visit ($54/hour)
2. Pay per visit/W-2: Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week.
Monolingual SLPA: $13-$18/30 minute session ($26-$36/hour)
Bilingual SLPA: $18-$23/30 minute session ($36-$46/hour)
3. Guaranteed Hourly/W-2: Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week. Rates range from $22-$25/hour based on years of experience
