Boothby Therapy Services LLC in Fall River, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students directly in the school setting. This onsite, full-time role provides mentorship from licensed SLPs and collaboration with teachers and families to advance student communication skills.

You will implement IEP goals, document progress, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented school-based therapy program that values compassionate, student-centered care and ongoing

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited SLPA program.
• Current SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within school teams.
• Passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you will provide direct speech and language support services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

You’ll help students strengthen communication skills that support learning, confidence, independence, and participation in the classroom and beyond.

This is an onsite, school-based role with strong mentorship, leadership support, and opportunities for professional development.
