Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for South Paris, Maine for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role is 3 days per week serving students in the public school setting.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour with guaranteed pay for scheduled time and eligibility for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. We offer comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and dedicated support across clinics, classrooms, and districts.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as CF-SLP/CFY.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to preschool to high school students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in South Paris, Maine for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) serving students in the public school setting.

Compensation & Incentives

Guaranteed Pay

At Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled.

Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications
