Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Fall River, MA for the 2026–2027 school year, serving a K‑8 caseload with strong support and guaranteed pay.

Compensation ranges from $55 to $65 per hour, with sign-on bonus eligibility up to $10,000. Mentorship, CF‑SLP supervision, and collaboration with district teams support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP credential required or eligible.
• Massachusetts SLP license active or eligible.
• School-based/pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K-8 students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.

Compensation & Incentives

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small‑group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications
