Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fall River, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide speech-language therapy to K-8 students, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals.

Join a supportive team with mentorship and collaboration across disciplines. We offer strong hourly pay at $55–$65 with guaranteed pay, and a potential sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on assignment, location, and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility required.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Receptive and expressive language disorders
• Social/pragmatic communication
• Fluency disorders
• Voice disorders
• AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP
• Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
