Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to deliver school-based therapy within a public school special education setting in North Dighton, MA. You will work under supervision, implement IEP-based plans, and support families and staff in achieving communication goals.

Ideal candidates hold SLPA certification and a CSD degree, with prior school-based or pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited SLPA certification program.
• Valid state SLPA license or authorization (if required).
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement IEP-based treatment plans for individual or small groups.
• Support screenings and evaluations as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Prepare materials and therapy tools for sessions.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Collaborate with school staff and related service professionals.
• Follow state and federal regulations for school-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy documentation

Assist with tracking and reporting student progress
