Job summary

Circle of Life Therapy, PLLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to collaborate with licensed SLPs in pediatric care. This full-time, in-person role involves delivering engaging therapy sessions, tracking progress, and building strong family relationships to support communication goals.

New graduates are welcome, and bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are a plus. Texas licensure eligibility is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a qualified SLPA program.
• Texas SLPA licensure eligibility or hold/licensed.
• Follow clinical guidelines with precision while bringing personality to sessions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with therapists, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed SLPs in implementing treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic or ABA settings.
• Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust approaches as children grow.

This role is for you if:

• You've graduated from a qualified SLPA program
• You hold or are eligible for Texas SLPA licensure
• You follow clinical guidelines with precision—but you're not afraid to bring personality and play into every session
• You're a great communicator who can collaborate with therapists, teachers, and parents
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)? That's a plus—but definitely not required
