• Provide treatment as ordered by the attending physician and periodically review progress and response.
• Contact the physician for reports and care, observe and report reactions to therapy.
• Instruct, teach and supervise residents/patients and family/caregivers regarding speech therapy procedures.
• Participate in staff development activities and supervise CFYs per ASHA guidelines.
• Adhere to all applicable standards of care, ethics, and facility policies.
