Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site position in Pahokee, Florida. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to diverse patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and ASHA CCC. 1–2 years of SNF experience is preferred. Compensation includes up to $55 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association).
• 1–2 years of SNF experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders
• Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field of speech-language pathology
