Qualifications

• Two years of relevant SLP experience in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in evaluating communication, hearing, and swallowing functions.
• Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments.
• Develop plan of care with long-term goals and interventions.
• Document treatment progress per standards and payor requirements.
• Educate families and coordinate discharge planning with caregivers.
