Insight Speech and Swallowing Therapy in South Jersey seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist based in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will provide direct therapy, monitor progress, document sessions, and collaborate with families and other professionals to support client-centered care and safe swallowing in daily life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical evaluation and therapy skills for teens and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy.

Role Description

The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing (dysphagia) disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct therapy services, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as needed to support functional communication and safe swallowing. Daily tasks include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with families and caregivers, and offering education and strategies for home carryover. The role also involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals as appropriate and contributing to a supportive, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and assessment of Speech disorders.
• Experience treating Dysphagia and managing swallowing disorders safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across adolescent and adult populations.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligibility for state licensure in New Jersey
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills in a clinical setting.
• Prior experience in medical or outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
