Job summary

Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to patients within our in-house therapy program, focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing safety.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while maintaining professional standards and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid state Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services and screening/evaluation of patients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing SLP practice.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
