Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive SLP services. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid state Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP certification where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs when applicable.
• Maintain documentation and comply with billing guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team activities and care conferences.
• Develop and enhance speech-language pathology programs and services.
