Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Tracy, California. This full-time, school-year position supports students' communication, social development, and academic success through direct and consultative services.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP goals, direct and indirect therapy, collaboration with teachers and families, progress reports, and participation in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.

• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies as appropriate.

Hours: Monday-Friday, FT (35 hours/week)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain)
