Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Livermore, CA for the school year. The role involves evaluations, IEP goal development, direct and indirect therapy, and collaboration with educators and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with a CA license and ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred. School-based experience is valued, with a supportive multidisciplinary team and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA State SLP license required or ability to obtain.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Location: Livermore CA

Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position

Hours: Monday–Friday, FT (35 hours/week)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
