Job summary

Boyer Children's Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team focused on infants and young children with developmental needs. You will provide family-centered therapy across homes, community locations, and telehealth in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessments, therapy program development, caregiver coaching, documentation, and coordination with providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Pediatric experience with infants and young children preferred.
• Experience with IFSP documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide treatment for children in natural environments and via telehealth.
• Establish and carry out therapy programs and augmentative communication systems as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support development and daily skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records, including IFSP-related documentation.
• Coordinate care with other therapists, educators, medical providers, and community partners.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and agency trainings.
• Support Medicaid-related care coordination and administrative requirements.
• Contribute to staff education and professional development through trainings and sharing best practices.
