Job summary

Boyer Children's Clinic in Seattle, WA is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering family-centered therapy to infants and young children with diverse developmental needs, including autism and feeding challenges.

Telehealth options are available to support families in various settings. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate care with caregivers and community providers, documenting progress and participating in trainings

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy for infants and young children in natural environments and via telehealth
  • Develop and implement therapy programs and augmentative/alternative communication strategies tailored to each child
  • Collaborate with caregivers to create practical strategies supporting development and daily participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records including IFSP-related paperwork
  • Coordinate care with other therapists, educators, medical providers and community partners
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences and agency trainings
  • Support Medicaid-related care coordination and administrative requirements
  • Contribute to staff education and professional development through trainings and sharing best practices

Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! Boyer provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. For more information, visit www.boyercc.org.

Speech-Language Pathologists at Boyer Children's Clinic provide family-centered therapy services to infants and young children with a wide range of developmental needs, including autism, sensory processing differences, neuromuscular conditions, feeding challenges, and developmental delays. Therapists partner closely with caregivers to build strategies that support each child’s development and daily participation.

This role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the organization and coordinating with community providers to ensure comprehensive care. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including client homes, community locations, and via telehealth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with caregivers to build practical strategies that support development and daily skills
