Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist treating children with disabilities.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP and WA state license required; CPR/First Aid certified.
  • Valid WA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy for children in natural environments and via telehealth.
  • Develop and implement therapy programs and augmentative communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support child development and daily skills.
  • Maintain accurate EMR/IFSP documentation.
  • Coordinate care with other therapists, educators, medical providers, and community partners.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings.
  • Support Medicaid-related care coordination and administrative requirements.
  • Contribute to staff education and professional development.
