Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Blaine, MN area. This long-term substitute role runs Aug–Nov, delivering services to ages 3-5 in a school setting and collaborating with school teams.

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
