Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Substitute for the 2026-2027 school year in the North Saint Paul area. This full-time role covers maternity leaves and absences with a 0.8 FTE or above benefiting from the company’s support structure.

We seek passionate professionals who will develop and implement IEP goals, collaborate with school teams, and advocate for student progress in a school-based setting. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
