Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Anoka, MN is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person role in the school setting, serving students with collaborative school teams and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, active Minnesota PELSB SLP license, and is open to CF candidates. You will provide direct therapy, contribute to IEP goals, maintain documentation, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license required.

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.

• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
