Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Anoka, MN area. This in-person, full-time role requires an active Minnesota PELSB SLP license and offers competitive pay of $55-58/hour.

We are seeking passionate professionals who collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress, with mentorship and ongoing support provided in a woman-run, therapist-led company.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License.
• Open to CF candidates and hospital-based experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
