Ampersand Therapy LLC in Blaine, MN is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Substitute for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a long-term, in-person, full-time substitute role serving early childhood ages 3-5.

The position requires active Minnesota PELSB SLP license and pass a background check. You will provide services in the school setting, develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
