Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care in a SNF setting, with strong written and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and the treatment team. Prior experience with standardized assessments and swallowing evaluations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
• Attend to patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families and treatment team about goals and progress.
