Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will provide patient-centered evaluation and treatment in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation.

You will collaborate with families and the treatment team, administer standardized assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to support communication and safe swallowing for our patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state (or eligible)
• Experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred
• Ability to administer standardized speech/language assessments and monitor progress

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a SNF setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the treatment team.
