Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-house therapy services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role supports quality resident care with a focus on evaluation, treatment planning, and CMS-compliant documentation.

The position offers Full-Time (Sign-On Bonus!), Part-Time, or PRN options, combining clinical impact with flexibility in scheduling at a Knoxville-area facility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) required.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice required.
• Ongoing CE and professional development to maintain licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals per standards and productivity guidelines.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with target lists and short/long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff in SLP procedures for carryover in daily activities.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
