Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Toledo, OH team. This 15-20 hour/week position focuses on patient-centered care in Post-Acute/SNF settings.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams while maintaining thorough documentation. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification (new graduate/CFY candidates welcome to apply)

Responsibilities
