Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a therapist-owned company delivering high-quality care in post-acute/SNF settings in Michigan.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to support recovery and communication needs. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and opportunities for professional growth within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification (new graduate/CFY candidates welcome to apply).
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning.
