Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting seeks a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders in Post-Acute/SNF settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

• Educate staff and caregivers on restorative programs.
