Job summary

Concept Rehab in Toledo, OH seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. You will deliver therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders in Post-Acute/SNF settings.

Working with physicians, care teams and families, you will maintain documentation and discharge planning while educating staff on restorative programs. Requires Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and ASHA certification; CFY welcome.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure.
• ASHA certification required; new graduates/CFY candidates welcome.
• Clinical judgment and strong communication skills are essential.
