Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support an Elementary caseload for a School District in Santa Cruz County, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year. The role emphasizes collaboration, structured support, and direct impact on students' communication development in an educational setting.

The position offers full-time W2 benefits, weekly deposits, licensure/CEU reimbursement, and ongoing clinical management from a CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or comparable required.
• Active Arizona SLP license required.
• School-based SLP experience required.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.
• Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.
