Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support an Elementary caseload for a School District in Santa Cruz County, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year. The role emphasizes collaboration, structured support, and direct impact on students' communication development in an educational setting.

The position offers full-time W2 benefits, weekly deposits, licensure/CEU reimbursement, and ongoing clinical management from a CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or comparable required.
Active Arizona SLP license required.
School-based SLP experience required.
Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.
Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.
