Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions in Sebring, Florida is hiring onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) for a full-time 40-hour-per-week school-based W2 contract serving Pre-K through 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide direct therapy across speech and language domains, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Department of Health license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLPs encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred but not required; internships considered for CF-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatics.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
