Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a private school near Hudson, FL to hire an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for a school-based W2 contract. 35 hours per week to support K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position is in-person with compensation customized based on experience and travel eligibility. OT, CEU reimbursement, and full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active Florida DOH license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred but not required; CF-SLP considered for internships.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
