Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP/CF-SLP) for a full-time school-based position in the Pleasanton, TX area. In-person service delivery is strongly preferred; hybrid will be considered for virtual school-based experience. Serving Pre-K to 2nd grade with a 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP acceptable with school experience.
• Prev. school-based experience required; familiarity with IEP/ARD processes.
• Experience with evaluations, IEP development, ARD participation, and direct services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing if applicable.
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatics.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.
