Key Responsibilities: Implement and revise therapy plans, provide patient and family education, conduct assessments, establish and evaluate treatment goals, and ensure proper documentation. Acts as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program, valid SLP license, and BLS certification. Requires effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
