Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using therapeutic procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders.
• Work as part of a therapy team across multiple settings including SNFs, outpatient and home health.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to support patient-centered care.
• Provide therapy services in varied locations as needed.

Qualifications

The Speech/Language Pathologist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes. The Speech/Language Pathologist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology. The Speech/Language Pathologist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
