Theracare in Indiana is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders. You will work as part of a dedicated therapy team in environments including Skilled Nursing Facilities, outpatient centers, long-term care facilities, or home health care.

The position is PRN, with responsibilities across multiple settings and easy access to regional management support.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Qualifications

The Speech/Language Pathologist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes. The Speech/Language Pathologist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology. The Speech/Language Pathologist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
