Live Well Homecare is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled language, voice, and swallowing therapy in patients'' homes, including memory care and living facilities in Georgia. You''ll assess, plan and implement therapy while supporting communication and safe swallowing for clients with stroke, Parkinson''s, dementia, or related conditions.
Ideal candidates hold current SLP licensure in Georgia, a valid driver''s license, and can travel to various home settings.
Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in home settings, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care. Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative communication methods. Work with patients who have experienced strokes or have progressive conditions such as Parkinson's disease and dementia.
