Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in Colorado Springs is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based therapy services.

You will deliver individualized therapy in clients' homes, collaborate with families and care teams, and participate in ongoing training. Travel to outreach sites is covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or certification required.
• Valid state licensure or certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
