Job summary

Palm Garden Rehab - Gainesville is seeking an SLP to provide speech-language pathology services in a post-acute care setting. You will assess residents with speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing issues and tailor therapy plans to their needs.

You will document progress in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team, collaborating with colleagues to support residents and families. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active and Clear SLP license in the State of Florida.
• Caring attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required.
