Job summary

Palm Garden Rehab - Orlando is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role at our Orlando, FL campus.

You will assess residents with speech, language, cognitive or swallowing issues, document progress, and collaborate with the clinical team. A Florida SLP license is required; daily pay and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 are offered, with benefits after 60 days and opportunities for continuing education and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida SLP license required.
• Caring attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab is a plus but not required.

• Assess residents with speech, language, cognitive or swallowing issues; track progress and adjust therapy plans.
• Work with residents who have trouble speaking, understanding, or swallowing; use exercises to improve communication and safe eating.

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear SLP license in the State of Florida
• A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
