Job summary

Ensign Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Colorado to evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans and work with an in-house therapy team to support patient-centered rehabilitation.

You will collaborate with nursing, dietary, therapy, and medical staff, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility.
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and assist with discharge planning.
