Innovate Rehab and Wellness seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized plans and educating families. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and valid SLP license in Missouri.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) preferred; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans.
