Job summary

Pine Creek Care Center in Roseville, CA is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive setting.

We welcome new grads and offer per diem scheduling with an emphasis on teamwork, growth, and compassionate care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license — or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and celebrate progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility guidelines and procedures.
• Help residents regain communication skills, swallowing function, confidence, and independence.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist License — or eligible to apply
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others
• Skilled nursing experience is great, but not required
