Broad Reach Healthcare in Chatham, MA, seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Liberty Commons Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in a collaborative rehab team.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure or eligibility, and a passion for elder care. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay are offered in a supportive environment.

Join Our Rehabilitation Team at Broad Reach Healthcare!

Liberty Commons Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced, collaborative rehabilitation team in beautiful Chatham, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated professional who enjoys working with older adults and is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized patient care.

Rate: $60 - 65/hr commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and strategies.

Qualifications
