Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services in a dynamic elementary school setting near Seattle, WA. This 0.4 onsite opportunity offers a flexible schedule while delivering essential therapy to students to improve communication and academic performance.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat students, collaborate with teachers and families, and help develop meaningful IEP goals in a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP licensure or eligibility in Washington State.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CF considered.
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite speech-language assessments, intervention, and therapy to elementary students.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collect data, maintain accurate records, and document student progress.
• Participate in team meetings, eligibility determinations, and professional development.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student communication.
