Job summary

Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for in-person contracts across schools in the Rockville, MD area. You will diagnose and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns, and tailor plans to meet educational goals.

Collaboration with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams is essential. The role includes IEP participation and thorough documentation in line with district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland SLP license, or eligible to obtain.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt easily to new settings and student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success.
• Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed.
• Serve as an accessible resource for teachers and staff on speech-language disorders and intervention strategies.

Job description

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Active Maryland SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.22 to $55.22.
