Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in a school-based setting in Elkton, Maryland. This full-time position follows school bell hours with no evenings, weekends, or holidays, offering a strong work-life balance.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide direct therapy while collaborating with teachers, psychologists, OTs, and families to support student communication and academic success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF may be considered.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, OTs, parents, and other staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes; Medicaid billing if applicable.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, parents, and other educational staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) may be considered.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
