Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in a school-based setting in Elkton, Maryland. This full-time role offers school bell hours, no evenings, weekends, or holidays, and in-person work.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, psychologists, OTs, and parents. Maryland SLP license and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology required; CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, parents, and other educational staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations.
